Sign in to DeepLedger and open Settings → Companies. Choose the company you want to connect, follow the Intuit authorization steps and select the correct QuickBooks Online company.

If a connection expires, reconnect from the same company settings. Make sure your QuickBooks user has permission to authorize the connection. If the wrong company appears, stop and confirm the active company before asking your agent to make changes.

Open the setup guide for your AI agent. Add DeepLedger through the agent's apps, custom connectors or plugins and sign in to authorize access. Connection options and plan requirements vary by provider.

For a first test, ask: “Which QuickBooks company is active? Show me its profit and loss report for last month, using accrual accounting.” Confirm the company, dates and accounting basis before relying on the result.

Describe the accounting action you want and provide the amount, date, payee and supporting details. Your agent should work within your requested scope and check existing records before creating transactions.

If a request needs clarification or approval, open your review tasks in the portal. Review the proposed action and supply the missing information. QuickBooks Online remains your ledger of record.

If an action fails or times out, check QuickBooks for the result before retrying to avoid duplicates. For a report mismatch, confirm the company, reporting period, currency and cash or accrual basis.

Your 14-day free trial starts when you create your DeepLedger workspace. No credit card is required. Existing trial extensions are honored.

After the trial, choose DeepLedger MCP at $20 USD/month per company or DeepLedger Agent at $150 USD/month per company. You are only charged when you subscribe. Any required QuickBooks Online or external AI-provider subscription is separate.

To stop using a QuickBooks connection, open company settings and disconnect that company. Disconnecting a company does not cancel your DeepLedger subscription.

To cancel the DeepLedger service, email hello@deepledger.ai from your account email and identify the workspace. Cancellation stops future subscription charges; paid access continues through the period you have already paid for.

We delete your DeepLedger workspace data 30 days after you cancel the service. This includes uploaded documents, cached QuickBooks data, AI memory, activity logs, preferences and stored connection credentials. Export anything you need before then. DeepLedger does not delete your records in QuickBooks Online.

Email hello@deepledger.ai to request access, correction or deletion of your data, or to report a security concern. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the workspace before acting.

When you connect an external AI agent, information returned by DeepLedger tools is processed by that agent's provider under its own policies. To delete copies held by that provider, contact it separately.
