We started DeepLedger to help address the shortage of accounting capacity around the world. Our focus is the small and midsize businesses, accounting firms, and finance teams that need dependable support without having to build a large accounting department.

We believe AI agents can take on more of the work behind the books, from organizing transactions to preparing work for review. That gives people more room for judgment, advice, and the decisions that move a business forward.

Today, DeepLedger connects AI agents to QuickBooks Online and gives people a workspace to review questions, proposed treatments, and close work. Our ambition is broader: make capable accounting assistance accessible to businesses everywhere.

DeepLedger was founded and developed by Naga Kethavath, working with AI development tools including Claude and Codex. AI agents contribute to the design, engineering, review, and testing of the product under Naga's direction.

The product has been built, rebuilt, refined, and tested through repeated collaboration with advanced AI models. That process is central to how we work: propose an approach, challenge it, test it, and improve it. Human direction and responsibility remain part of the process.
