DeepLedger + QuickBooks Online

Use DeepLedger with your preferred AI agent or our hosted agent to work in QuickBooks Online. Record transactions, understand financial reports and carry approved accounting decisions into your next task.
You need a QuickBooks Online company and permission to authorize its connection. Intuit Enterprise Suite companies can also connect. View DeepLedger plans.

Understand your numbers
Request profit and loss, balance sheet and other supported reports in plain English. Ask follow-up questions about the period, accounts and changes.
Keep context across your work
Connect multiple companies separately, reuse approved accounting decisions and resolve questions through review tasks. Confirm the company before each workflow.
Connect in three steps
- Create a DeepLedger workspace, then open Settings → QuickBooks company. Add the company you want to work with.
- Select Connect to QuickBooks. Intuit asks you to sign in, select your company and authorize access. Your Intuit password stays with Intuit.
- Use the DeepLedger agent, or follow our AI agent setup guides to connect your preferred agent. Ask for a report or a transaction review to get started.
Try a first task
“Review this attached bill, check for duplicates and show me the proposed entry before recording it.”
Provide the supplier, dates, amount and expense account if they are missing. After you approve the proposed entry, ask the agent to record it. Verify the returned transaction in QuickBooks Online.
You control the connection
DeepLedger uses Intuit OAuth and the QuickBooks Online APIs to read and write supported records. QuickBooks Online remains your ledger of record. Requests that need clarification or approval can become review tasks.
Signing out of DeepLedger does not disconnect QuickBooks. To revoke access, open Settings → QuickBooks company and select Disconnect from QuickBooks beside the company. You can also disconnect DeepLedger from your connected apps in QuickBooks Online.
Reconnect from the same company settings when needed. Disconnecting does not cancel your subscription or change existing QuickBooks records.
