DeepLedger connects your QuickBooks Online account directly to your AI (Claude or ChatGPT). Once connected, you can ask questions about your books, categorize transactions, run reconciliations, and get financial answers through conversation.
Setup takes two steps. No API keys, no configuration files.
Connect with Claude
- Open Claude and go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector
- Enter a name (e.g. DeepLedger) and paste the URL:
https://mcp.deepledger.ai/mcp - Claude redirects you to a sign-in page: log in with your DeepLedger account and select your QuickBooks organization
- Done. Claude stays connected to that organization across sessions
Connect with ChatGPT
- Open ChatGPT and go to Settings → Apps → Create
- Enter a name (e.g. DeepLedger) and paste the URL:

- Done. Your session stays connected
What You Can Do After Connecting
Once connected, just ask. A few examples:
- "Show me all uncategorized transactions from last month"
- "What's my net profit for Q1?"
- "Categorize these expenses and flag anything over $500 for my review"
- "Reconcile the bank feed for May and tell me what needs attention"
Your AI has live access to your QuickBooks data. It reads, suggests, and syncs, and everything it does is logged so you have a full audit trail.
